For this project, I proposed improvements to Amazon's refund tracking process. I conducted a heuristic analysis and evaluated the information architecture elements. I identified key issues and designed a new user journey flow. Based on this flow, I created journey wireframes and a prototype of the refund page using Lovable. This was the final project for my postgraduate course in UX Design.
